Maintenance Tickets: Larger projects that may involve construction, grounds keeping, electrical/plumbing issues.
Technology Tickets: Technical Request issues.
Wish Lists Tickets:Use for requests that may not be budgeted, but you would love to have. This way the administrative team knows about these.
Long-Term Project Tickets:Use for requests that may not have an immediate need or resolution.
